A predictable, structured rollout, handled mostly by us. A shared atrium is live in weeks; your own atrium follows the full six-week build below.

  1. Week 1 · Discovery & brand

    30-minute call to walk through your firm's brand, domains, document templates and which Atrium aspects to enable. You hand over a brand pack; we get to work.

  2. Weeks 2–3 · Configuration

    We theme the platform, configure your domain and email authentication, register your apps in our build pipeline, and write your firm-specific onboarding emails.

  3. Week 4 · Internal pilot

    Three to five members of your team go through full client onboarding, linking real or test accounts. We iterate based on their feedback.

  4. Week 5 · Client pilot

    Ten to twenty selected clients (typically your most engaged) onboard. Mobile apps go live on the App Store and Play Store under your developer accounts.

  5. Week 6 · General launch

    Full roll-out to your client base via a co-written email sequence and adviser-led conversations. You set the pace; we provide the runway.
