Clients log in at portal.yourfirm.co.uk or my.yourfirm.com. The Atrium domain never appears in their address bar, bookmarks, or search history.
Logo, wordmark, colour palette, typography, favicon, app icon, tile colour. We theme the entire surface to your firm's identity in the first week of setup.
Welcome emails, password resets, document notifications — all sent from noreply@yourfirm.co.uk, properly authenticated (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), inside your domain reputation.
Native iOS and Android apps, listed in the App Store and Play Store under your firm's developer account, with your icon and your reviews. Re-skinned releases pushed in lock-step with the core platform.
Exports, statements, year-end summaries, regulatory documents — all generated with your firm's letterhead, colours and footer.
Support tickets come to your team first, in your firm's voice. Atrium provides second-line escalation, invisibly, when the issue is platform-level.
How white-label actually works
There's a difference between a vendor slapping your logo on their UI and a platform built from day one to recede. Here's where the line sits with Atrium.
You point a CNAME to our edge; we provision a TLS certificate for your domain via ACME. End-to-end your firm's name, with no Atrium leakage.
Beyond colours we theme typography, spacing, button shapes and tone-of-voice strings. Every micro-copy unit can be overridden per firm — including which six aspects of finance you want enabled.
We send transactional email from your firm's domain via dedicated SPF/DKIM/DMARC records we help you configure. SMS comes from your sender ID. No "via atrium.app" in any header.
We submit and maintain the iOS and Android binaries on your behalf, but they live under your firm's Apple Developer and Google Play accounts. If you leave Atrium tomorrow, the listings stay with you.
Integrations
We don't replace Xplan, Intelliflo or your planning software. We give your clients a portal, give you the aggregation and household view, and stay out of the workflow you already have.

A predictable, structured rollout — handled mostly by us, with three short touchpoints for your team.
30-minute call to walk through your firm's brand, domains, document templates and which Atrium aspects to enable. You hand over a brand pack; we get to work.
We theme the platform, configure your domain and email authentication, register your apps in our build pipeline, and write your firm-specific onboarding emails.
Three to five members of your team go through full client onboarding — linking real or test accounts. We iterate based on their feedback.
Ten to twenty selected clients (typically your most engaged) onboard. Mobile apps go live on the App Store and Play Store under your developer accounts.
Full roll-out to your client base via a co-written email sequence and adviser-led conversations. You set the pace; we provide the runway.
Pricing
Two components: a one-off setup fee that pays for the white-label configuration and the app submissions; a per-active-client recurring fee thereafter. No charge for inactive clients. No tiering games.
