A white-label wealth platform for UK advice firms

Where your firm and your clients sit down together.

A white-label client portal that does the planning, watches for what's changed, and gets your advisers meeting-ready — all under your firm's name.

Atrium is the room your clients log into and your advisers prepare in: one shared space, in your firm's name. Everything that matters is already there when you meet — the whole financial picture, the planning, the documents, and what's changed since you last spoke. The walls and the locks are ours. The room is yours.

Why Atrium

A portal leaves your client alone with their data. Atrium gives you both a reason to meet.

A portal that lists balances leaves the client to make sense of it on their own. Atrium does the thinking first — when they can retire, what overpaying the mortgage saves, where an allowance is going to waste — so there's a real conversation waiting, and an adviser ready to have it.

Ready before you are

The planning is done before the meeting starts.

Tells you when to talk

It flags the life event that's worth a call.

Said in confidence

Zero-knowledge: what's in the room can't be read from outside.

Earliest viable: age 59 45 retire 90 Pot value
Atrium doesn't show the number. It works out the move — here, the earliest age this household can actually retire.

Inside the atrium

One room. The whole picture on the table.

Every account, pension, policy and property in a single view — the same one your client sees and your adviser prepares against. You're both looking at the same thing when you talk, across six aspects of a household's finances, presented as your firm.

Cash flow

Live

Multi-account aggregation through Open Banking, CSV and PDF — visualised as a Sankey of how money actually moves through the household.

Wealth

Live

Properties, investment accounts, GIAs, ISAs, LISAs, junior ISAs, SIPPs and the long tail of held assets — totalled into a single net-worth view.

Protection

Live

Life cover, income protection, critical illness, private medical, household, motor, travel — every policy your clients hold, in one place.

Housing & mortgage

Live

Property, mortgage balance and rate, equity, refinancing milestones — and how it all fits into the wider household balance sheet.

Retirement

Live

Pots, contributions, projected drawdown and state pension, all pointed at the question clients actually ask: when can I afford to stop?

Personal details

Live

The household around the money — partners, dependants, employment, dates of birth. The fact-find that everything else depends on.

For the firm

The meeting starts before the meeting.

Your adviser opens the file five minutes before the call and walks in ready: a one-page brief of what's moved, a flagged action list, the documents already in place. No re-keying, no statement-chasing, no drafting from a blank page. An afternoon of prep becomes a five-minute read.

Real-time, not annual

It tells you when it's time to talk.

Atrium watches the data it already holds and routes what matters into the adviser's queue, with the modelled impact attached. The next meeting happens when it matters, not just when the calendar says — which is exactly the value a client is meant to feel between reviews.

Why FCA-regulated firms choose Atrium

What's said in the room stays in the room.

A place to discuss someone's whole financial life should be private by construction. Each client's data is encrypted on their device with a key only they hold. The server stores ciphertext only. No one at Atrium can read a single transaction, balance or note, and a court order returns the same unreadable blobs.

Every competitor's server can read your clients' data. Ours holds ciphertext it can't open. That's a question worth asking the others.

How the encryption works

The cryptography in one paragraph

Argon2id derives a master key from the client's password (memory-hard, calibrated per device). XChaCha20-Poly1305 encrypts every record before it leaves the device. X25519 sealed boxes handle cross-device sharing. libsodium implements all of it. The server only ever sees opaque blobs and authentication metadata.

How it's delivered

Meet in a shared atrium, or build your own.

Every firm gets the same platform and the same encryption. The choice is whether you take a room in a building we run, or the whole building to yourself.

A shared atrium

Your own branded room in a building we run.

Live in weeks, priced per active client, nothing to manage. Built for firms of one to five advisers who want all of it without the setup.

Your own atrium

The whole building, yours alone.

A single-tenant deployment, fully isolated and configured to your firm down to the foundations. For larger firms that want their own walls.

Both carry your name at the door. Both are private by construction. Start with a room and take the building when you're ready. See pricing →

You see new capability arrive; your clients just see the same room, still working.

Built for the long view

The room stays the same. What you can do in it keeps growing.

Tax thresholds shift, allowances reset, pension ages move, and markets do what markets do. Atrium absorbs the churn so your clients don't have to think about it. You see new capability arrive; they just see the same room, still working.

Actively maintained

Quarterly capability releases, critical fixes inside 24 hours, and provider integrations monitored continuously.

Owned by your firm

Export every record at any time. The data, the clients and the relationship stay yours, never locked into us.

Built for households

Joint accounts, partners, dependants, second properties. Personal finance is rarely a solo affair, and the room is built around the whole household.

FCA-aligned

Consumer Duty, MiFID II reporting, GDPR by design. The platform sits inside your existing governance, not beside it.
